Jimmy John's - Pompano Beach

We were thrilled that this situation on Saturday had extended their hours to 9 o'clock so that we could get a sandwich after the church. we came around 745 to discover only a handwritten sign in the window and two employees in the inner. closed on Saturday at 19 o'clock. the website had just been updated for this location on 9 o'clock. when I told the employees that their website said 9 o'clock they just shrunk and said "oh, good. that is terrible customer service and management makes an annoying task of management. we just moved 90 days ago into the opposite and now have to find another favorite sandwich shop. this does not deserve our business. inscription and function materie. we always check the opening times before visiting a restaurant as we were trained during the pandemic to do this. Too bad, we like jimmy johns eating.

Do not order Roast Beef. It's always, always past it's due date. I actually complained about my last visit and I was still served old, brown stale roast beef, probably on purpose. I'm still at a loss. Why treat your customers this way? Makes absolutely no business sense.

Terrible over a hour wait the stores 2 miles away . Garbage place don’t order from there ever

Iam so disgusted this was my first time ever trying jimmy johns I was just horrified when I found a hair in my sandwich.I can't imagine how much hair was in and that sandwich was drowned in whatever sauce they had in there the bread was hard af.

Love Jimmy Johns and this one in particular has excellent customer service. I order a veggie sub minus the mayo, cheese, guacamole and cucumber. So basically it's just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot peppers, sauce and oregano and when I get home I'll add vegan mayo and vegan cheese and it SLAPS!!! Sometimes I'll even add vegan turkey to it too. If anyone is thinking of going vegan just know that you can still enjoy messy, drippy and delicious sandwiches from Jimmy Johns (some assembly required)
