New to the area was participant in the Parade and looking like Elf Lady Was trying to find a restroom and the young ladies were so sweet and helpful they didn't turn me away I did not want to leave without purchasing something so I ordered a cheeseburger to go glad they accept Apple Pay I ran back across the street and back to my group and had just enough time to devour the delicious burger I will definitely be back Sincerely and thank you again Elf Lady

It's OK I guess for a quick bite the food is very basic it's something that you can make at home nothing special but it is very clean and friendly service

I won't even rate it a one, a zero if they had it. They have the Rudest Drive-Thru Girl that takes your order and gives you your food. She can't get your order right and then proceeds to to be rude when you tell her she messed up your order. Gives you attitude when you try to correct the issue. Definitely would not recommend.

Stopped by for some drive thru fun and picked up the Colossal burger and steak burrito. Ton of pastrami on the colosal burger. Felt a bit dry, but thankfully I asked for a side of 1000 with the burger. These are standard smash burgers, so technically a good amount of meat, but smashed for quick diner service. For some reason they gave me ranch, don't think I asked for that.

I havent been to Tom's in a few years. Things have definitely changed. And not for the better. I could have swore there used to be table service, but I could be wrong, since it has been a while. But you order at the counter and they give you a number. There wasnt a long wait on the food, which was a positive. But, the service wasnt that great. I had to ask for my english muffin I ordered. I also asked for syrup for my pancakes, and never got it. So I had to go to another table to get it. The food was just ok. There appears to be no management around to remove people who shouldnt be there. And other people act like slobs. One family leaving an absolute mess for the staff to clean up. Definitely not the restaurant's fault, but people acting like this bring the quality of the restaurant down. I probably wont be back anytime soon.
