I join the long list and also discover the purchase of these panettoni and especially the online purchase. I ordered two panettones and received them destroyed, inveible and surely I can no longer give them. One of the two was not even packaged as shown in the videos/photos. Not available on the phone, not available via chat and social media. Mauro also read my message, but obviously I was ignored. Errors can happen, but the difference makes managing the same. Companies exist because customers exist and customer service is the heart of every healthy company, but this, I think, Bakery and Love do not know. As if it wasn't enough, they delete negative messages and make sure you can't comment on their posts anymore. If a society is reduced to this, so well put is not!

Pancake (they were only 2 in the dish) (6 euros) already prepared because when they arrived at the table the hazelnut cream above was warm but the cold pancake... 3 euros covered without even a table.. So I ask 15 euros a pancake and a warm heart is not a bit excessive?
