Bidra med feedbackThe hotel is basic but ok. The price, however, is way too high for what they are offering. It should be 50% less expensive or better equipped and cleaner. The breakfast wasn’t great either. I would still come back if the price was more reasonable.
Im always greeted with inthusasm and a welcomed guest. I frequently come to this place and get outstanding service.
NEVER EVER CHECK IN at AMCOOP Suites! Premium Price BUT poor customer service, poorly maintained hotel room, no shampoo and soap provided, understaffed, restaurant is not available for an early breakfast! I had to leave at 6 AM for an early appointment but their chef will arrive at 7 AM, therefore, I was not served breakfast! Breakfast that I paid for! The Rest Room doorknob fell off after using it twice! I was no long able to access my own CR around 2 AM! I went to the reception, THERE WAS NOBODY THERE! I kept calling and searching, no one was there! AMCOOP Suites is a GARBAGE DUMP!!!! I want to hive them a -100 star rating!!!
I had a wonderful experience and I don't live at Amcoop Suites!
