Pizza Factory - Pollock Pines

Nice little pizza place! The staff was great! We had an arcade game eating our money and they were quick to checkout and give us back our money. Then the pizza came out and it was hot and tasted great.

The pizza was good. But they should better customer service for the people who order in the store against online or telephone orders. Wait for over 45 minutes on pizza.

Overall, the pizza and the service are good, but there is a problem with the Twisted Breadstix. Every time I order them, they have a raw dough in the middle. They are also very uneven in size. I'm not a baker, but it seems there's a problem with the yeast that's not activated in it.

Although I can never just order what is on the menu, and always add/sub/compile my order with strange specifications, my order is always perfect... I always mean over a decade to be a loyal customer and get ALWAYS what I'm ordering! Thank you for my normal paprika sandwich, bacon-covered cheesy breadsticks and garlic-y pizzas? Dan, the crew, environment, service and quality shows how much you care.

When we walked in we were unsure and thought that we may be getting ChuckECheese quality pizza. When they brought it out you could tell right away I was wrong. Soooooo good! Cheese was super good and the sauce was amazing. It was cooked just perfect and the crust had a great thickness and crunch. Employees were great. Will definitely make this our post fishing stop!
