Arrived with two small children and my son and daughter in law at 11.50. Asked if we could have a menu to be rudely told that breakfast finished at 11am and lunch not served till 12! Waited another 15 mins until someone came to our table to order drinks and another 15 mins for the drinks to arrive. When the drinks did arrive we asked to order food…the waiter said ‘yes I’ll be with you in a moment!’ Never came back!! We decided to pay at the counter and swiftly depart. Come on guys how hard can it be?! The frustrating thing is the waiting staff were chatting at the bar when we went to pay. A case of all show and no substance! I normally give places a second chance but I’ve better ways to spend the next week of my holiday
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by disappointing service and a lack of professionalism from the staff. We arrived at 18:50, well ahead of our 19:30 table reservation, and decided to have a drink before our meal. We ordered a glass of wine and a non-alcoholic mango frozen daiquiri, for my pregnant girlfriend. However, when our drinks arrived 15 minutes later, the mango daiquiri contained alcohol, despite our specific request for a non-alcoholic version. We promptly sent it back. To our surprise, the replacement daiquiri also had alcohol in it. It took three attempts and an additional five minutes before we finally received a non-alcoholic daiquiri at 19:23. By this point, we only had seven minutes left to enjoy our drink before leaving for our reservation. Disappointingly, when I suggested to the waiter that the drink should be complimentary due to the limited time we had to consume it, he outright refused and argued that they couldn 't give away free drinks. Not only did this lack of customer service fail to address the inconvenience caused by their mistakes, but it also highlighted the lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of the staff. Throughout the ordeal, there was no apology for the 30-minute wait for our drinks or the repeated errors in fulfilling our order. It became apparent that the establishment was being run by teenage staff who seemed more interested in projecting an image of being cool rather than focusing on delivering a quality experience. The absence of experienced individuals in charge was glaringly obvious. In summary, my experience at this restaurant was far from satisfactory. The poor service, lack of attention to detail, and the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff left a negative impression. It 's disappointing when a potentially enjoyable evening is marred by a lack of professionalism and a failure to meet basic customer expectations.
Nos alojamos regularmente en este hotel, pero en esta ocasión no pudimos porque viajábamos con nuestros nietos, pero llamamos al bar de la terraza para tomar una copa. Gran cambio en la plantilla y los nuevos tienen mucho que aprender. Eran antipáticos y poco serviciales. Tal vez un poco de capacitación de parte de su personal de larga data los ayudaría a comprender los estándares de servicio al cliente.
Paramos en este restaurante con la familia para tomar algo porque nos pareció todo muy bonito. El lugar, la ubicación, etc. Lo mejor de todo fue el trato recibido por la camarera (Mica). Es el tipo de persona que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Te trata de 10 y cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle. También tienen música en vivo. No dudaría en repetir.
