Bidra med feedbackWe stayed yesterday in this beautiful hotel-restaurant overlooking the Medici Villa of Poggio a Caiano and the surrounding countryside. We asked for a vegetarian dinner in advance. There were presented four appetizers, a valid pair, imaginative and original, the others less. All well presented. Overall we ate well. The service of Thomas, then, was really excellent for sympathy, professionalism and readiness. However, having paid much more than a sea appetizer, we were a little puzzled: but should vegetables not cost less?
Chef Lorenzo didn't disappoint us. Everything really great and quality. Careful and kind service. We'll definitely come back.
To me sorry to write something negative, I was indecisive if to write or not this recension!!!! We went to this place, which is part of a somewhat dated hotel, but equally beautiful, clean this is the positive side. We were greeted by a very kind Chinese gentleman who brought us to the table by a waitress. Either we were particularly unfortunate, or you do not understand the other reviews. Management is oriental (Chinese consumption, all very educated), but there are also Italians to work. We deguised the same things as Peder51, but we put two stars just because the environment is beautiful. On food only drinks are saved (prosecco and wine of the house more than acceptable), but we have not finished for lack of food. The dishes are overmeasurable, we say also nonexistent. The palate only saves the lasagnatte, but they are so few that do not come to the throat! And everything was served already cold, first included. Think that sweet, tiramisu is a ball of about 1 cm in diameter, in practice a coffee spoon. The positive note is that we came out very light! Strange, it also looks like a new management, but so it's hard for someone to come back to us the second time.
