Bidra med feedbackThe lunigiana is really the undetected toskana. it is in the northernmost part of the toscana, and there are many local dishes that they simply cannot find in other Italians. one of them is called sgabei, and it is a slightly fried brot. to eat as anti pasta with prosciutto and Stracchino cheese. it was absolutely fabulous. the personal was very personal and attentive, and they treated us to an authentic Italian experience.
