Lucena City is filled with restaurants, fast food joints, and Filipino eateries like Hab-hab, but most of them seem to offer the same experience. However, Cafe Quay stands out as a unique gem in the bustling crowd. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness and hygiene, a quality that is important to me when judging a restaurant's overall standard. The food at Cafe Quay is exceptional, with a mix of international cuisine that is both delicious and well-presented. The prices are reasonable and the drinks are worth a try. The staff is friendly and efficient, striking a good balance between being attentive and respecting your space. Overall, dining at Cafe Quay was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you're shopping at Pacific Mall which is just a short walk away.

Cafe Quay is a small, almost fine dining restaurant. With seating for only about 20-25 people, the cozy and chic interiors provide a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is polite and accommodating. I have visited three times and have noticed an improvement in the taste of their food, which is not always the case with restaurants that can go bland after being in business for a year. This is a great spot for a date or a meeting with important clients.

Lucena City is full of restaurant, fast food, Filipino food, hab-hab, but they are all somehow the same, few are the restaurant that stand out for being different from the usual. Cafe Quay is different, it has that difference that makes it a valuable gem in the midst of the lookalike crowd. It also stands out for it being clean and tidy. One thing that I check, as a tell-tale of the restaurant quality, is the cleanliness of the toilet. The idea is, if they can't be bothered to clean toilets, chances are that they can't be bothered to clean and to care for all the rest.The food is very good, different as in more international cuisine and very well presented. The cost is not too high and affordable and the drinks are something to be tried. Personnel is friendly and competent, not too invasive, but present when you need them.Overall, a very good experience to try out, specially if you are doing shopping in Pacific Mall, that is only a few minutes walking distance (I know, Filipino don't like walking, be we do...).

Cafe Quay is a cozy small restaurant that can seat about 20-25 people. The interior is stylish and the staff is very polite.
