This cozy restaurant, managed by two women who I believe are mother and daughter, only has about 5 or 6 seats and is located in a small side street. The passion that the chefs put into their cooking is evident in every bite, and they take great care in ensuring the quality and origin of their ingredients. While the location and interior may not be fancy, the focus on serving safe and healthy food is what makes this place stand out. Across the street is one of the narrowest houses I've ever seen, which houses a gold jewelry manufacturing business.

I believe they are mother and daughter.The food that they serve is a collection of local ingredients and worldwide recipes. It tastes very good and it is so light that after a full meal, you fill as light as a feather.The passion that the two chefs put into what they cook, can be felt at every spoonful and can be assumed trough the explanations they give on how they got to this experience.They take care of where they source the ingredients, the vegetables are strictly grown in organic farms, and they get a treatment with an organic cleansing liquid to ensure no nasty bacteria is present in raw vegetables.They claim that many of their customers did get better after they had been diagnosed serious illness and that for this reason they keep on coming back regularly.The location and the interiors are not top level, but you will not pay any attention to this when you will taste the quality and you will know that if you want to eat safe and healthy food, this is the place. Incidentally, on the opposite side of the road there is what must be one of the slimmest houses I have ever seen, it is probably not even two meters wide, but very deep and two floors up. Apparently it is a gold jewelery making shop.
