Mcdonald's - Pocatello

Fast and efficient! and the burgers are so juicy! love that McDonald’s has updated their beef patents to fresh. you can say that difference! with the inflation they get a quarter peer with cheese flour, size medium for about $9.00

Extremely disappointed in the rude service we got.. we got to the second window and the kid handed us our food but not drinks when we asked about it he said we never paid for them and he gave us what he paid for. I showed him the receipt and he was very rude that he was wrong.. honestly we eat here quite often and never had this terrible of service..

Dawn is always nice, polite and friendly. Newly remolded McDonald's on 5th avenue in Pocatello, always clean and the food is always great

If you don 't care about getting what you paid for.... then this is the McDonald 's for you. They didn 't get one thing right on my order except the COLD french fries. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder bacon meal with Root beer/no ice. I got a single Quarter pounder... no bacon and a Dr Pepper with ice. Then they completely didn 't give me my hamburger. WORST MCDONALD 'S EVER!!! DON 'T GO HERE! There is a better one down the road. Also is really hard to find the regular meat button. Guess you really can 't expect good service for fast food in this day and age. Never going there again.

This is the second late night I went to this McDonald’s. I work late shifts at USPS and have gone here last night and today for a quick bite. The same lady working the microphone to take customer orders is by far the worst with her tone. I can just tell by her tone she doesn’t want to be there, is annoyed the fact she had to take orders and doesn’t care what so ever. I went ahead and said “hello?” In a confused tone because there was just me and another customer and I had been waiting at the order screen for a bit. She tells me sorry I was helping a customer with something. But she wasn’t nice about it at all. Sounded annoyed and like she was being bothered. Same thing happened tonight. Same lady, darker tanned skin with dark black hair and a bit more bigger but no offense . Last night when I drove in by the 2nd window she gave me a weird look like she was trying to say why are you parked like that when I was accidentally parked a small space away from the window instead of being right up against the curb. Won’t ever be going here during night if I have to deal with a worker who doesn’t want to be there and has a terrible attitude. I could hear her and the workers yelling with the sliding window #2 being shut. She must really hate her job I guess and should probably find another one that makes her happy. My bun for my double cheeseburger was all falling apart and had black char marks on the meat which made me think if she did that on purpose just because I had come a second night in a row. Very disappointing and frustrating
