Seow's Chinese - Plymouth

I have attempted to use their delivery service several times and have been consistently disappointed by long wait times. On one occasion, I waited over three hours, and on two separate occasions had to call to inquire about my order after waiting for 2 hours, only to have it mysteriously arrive 20 minutes later. It seems as though they only start preparing the food once the customer complains. Overall, it is not worth the trouble as there are many other local Chinese takeout options with similar food quality and much better service.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, I ordered the vegetable vermicelli and the special with meat but received the wrong order. The spicing was lacking and both dishes were dry, as if there was not enough sauce. The Singapore rice seemed overprocessed and barely edible. Overall, this was the worst takeout experience I have ever had. I do not recommend eating here.

Seow's is the top Chinese restaurant in the Plymstock Elburton Oreston area. The food is expertly cooked and the Malaysian dishes are exceptional.

A great Restaurant and Takeaway. One of the best Spring Rolls I have had for ages. Friendly Staff and helpful. Recommended.

We regularly use the home delivery service; yes, there’s sometimes a bit of a wait, but usually if they say 45mins it’s delivered in 30 so no complaints! Warning: if you use Just Eat or another similar service, you could wait ages. Best to call the restaurant directly. Very polite, fair prices, delicious food and plenty of it...very happy with their service!
