Bidra med feedbackA great restaurant. Pleasant people. Well catered for our large family group. Pizza lunch buffet was great and everyone enjoyed the tasty pizzas and salads. Well done all round.
I would be giving this restaurant a if it were not for Maggie. I went with family who are in there retirement years. No smartphones yet were expected to order with them. Thank you to Maggie for your help and allowing us to order the traditional way. However Pizza Huts days of being a dine in yesterday are over. No fish toppings, no sparklers in deserts. Hence why we went from to pizza huts in Plymouth.Thank you to Maggie but Pizza Huts new vision is to be just an ordering service with a few tables
We had made a reservation for a table, but arrived a bit early. The restaurant had no issue seating us. I had a voucher that I had received online, but when we tried to use it on the app, it didn't work. The manager and waitress helped us out by manually processing the voucher. The food was delicious and served hot without much delay. We ordered two pizzas and sides, which made it a bit tight at our table for two, but we managed to make it work.
We will not be returning to this restaurant again. The service was terrible and my family and I all got sick afterwards. It seemed like children were running the place. When we asked a staff member a question, they would say they would be with us in a minute but never returned.
I would give this restaurant a higher rating if it weren't for Maggie. I visited with my family, who are now retired. We were not allowed to use our smartphones to order, but were assisted by Maggie in ordering the traditional way. However, Pizza Hut's dine-in experience is a thing of the past. There are no fish toppings or sparklers in desserts. This is why we tried two other Pizza Huts in Plymouth. Thank you to Maggie, but Pizza Hut's new focus seems to be transitioning to just an ordering service with limited seating.
