Mcdonald's - Plymouth

Ordered from this store multiple times using multiple apps. Don't waste your time with them. 4 orders in a row have been incorrect. Food is always cold and thrown together. In my latest experience with them we were sent someone else's food order. Left me with 3 children upset because they didn't eat any of the food we've been sent. This was after waiting 90 minutes for delivery (we live 5 minutes away). Phoned the store who were rude and refused to help. I've never seen such a bad example of service as I've seen in this store.

No sauce for chicken select. Only one chips with x2 adult meals. No hallumi fries how on earth can you not read off a order and put the correct items into a bag. Always have to park up and wait absolute shambles

Always very slow with service. Always have to park up and wait and very often nowhere to park because so many others are having to do the same. It’s meant to be fast food ffs. Terrible!!!

Absolutely disgusted, had team members in working and handling your food while having covid. Seen myself that shift managers are treating some team members different to others and belittling team members. Will definitely not be going back there.
