Bidra med feedbackMy server and my chef, I think his name was marcellus, they were very hospitable. the food was excellently cooked and served.
Service was extremely slow. at the end of the meal, we asked for green tea and waited 20 minutes and then just left as we were there for 2 hours. the cook was the only good part. he was very human and did good work.
Lauren was very accommodating. We had 2 out of 4 show up and had to push out the time. Taylor was very knowledgeable in the menu , answering all our questions and recommended a few things. Our chef was very entertaining and the food was tasty and not over sauced. The portions were small. I would have preferred more vegetables and I wish brown rice was an option. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and loved that we had our own table!
The floors were dirty, tables that are needed to be traveled, workers stand to load their phones. I had a reservation of 6pm and was told that it was ready, but we had to wait until the table they were sitting just got their drinks because the server could not have 2 tables. we never sat until 18:25
Although the food was good and we had an excellent chef, the service was not great. We had to wait to have a table for more than 15 minutes although we had a reservation, and then to wait another 20 minutes to see a server. The welcoming person was not welcoming at all. The server seem inattentive, we need to request glasses for our beers and she only brought one, she was unable to explain the menu, and she did not bring water to everyone. Needless to say she forgot to refill water glasses. This used to be an excellent restaurant. Now it seems perhaps poorly managed.
