Collins De Oro - Plymouth

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the veggie tacos. I absolutely loved them! The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. I definitely recommend coming here, it's like a hidden oasis in the desert.

The food quality is lacking and does not resemble authentic Mexican cuisine. It tastes like something you would get at a gas station. Even the burgers are not worth it. Instead, I recommend going to Marleen's for a better dining experience.

The salsa is tasty and the service is excellent at this restaurant. However, the Mexican food is overpriced and lacks flavor, with the carnitas being dry. The corn tortillas seemed to be either heated or grilled right before serving.

The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Vegitarian options on the menu are delish and their Rancho style beans are my favorite The chicken shrimps are also super tasty, shh

Cheeseburger tasted great! Probably get meat from local ranchers, Chili Verde burrito tasted good
