Burger King - Plymouth

Took a while to get my food. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FRIENDS FRIES!!

We decided that on our way out of OBX we would find the nearest fast food place to eat. I didn 't want McDonald 's so BK was the only other open option. We pulled up to the drive thru window at 10:40 am and proceeded to order our food. We sat behind a car at the window for about 10 minutes ...no big deal. The real issue was when we actually pulled up to the window to pay. We sat there for so long we had to TURN OFF OUR CAR. During our nearly 40 minute wait time we watched through the open drive thru window as employees leisurely walked around with no customers in the store. We also got to see an employee pick his nose and stand around on his phone. Once we got our food it was almost 11:20 am. There was no apology, the only thing that was said was 'here is your food, it 's both bags. ' The food was okay but the fries had definitely cooled down. This was just a disappointing experience not only because we were all pretty hungry and it was the only fast food (or any food in general) for miles, but also because of the absolute carelessness of the employees. Next time I guess we 'll just go to McDonald 's.

Quick easy and happy the place was open at 6 am. Sausage, cheese egg croissant. 2 for $5.

Went through the drive through, only two cars in front of me, only ordered 2 whoppers fries and drinks, literally took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Should not be considered a fast food restaurant if that’s the best service they offer. Had time to read some reviews (while I’m waiting in line)of this Burger King and seems this is a problem for this place. As far as the food it was just okay, both burgers and one order of fries was cold.

Just curious if the employee's know what a broom and mop is for, plus maybe a bucket of bleach water and rag to wipe table's, how is this place either allowed to stay open.
