Mcdonald's Plumpton

I ordered eating on floods and floods tells me the commands ready and someone's picking it up. then they learn from the driver that mcdonald never got the command. I have the reception and everything, even the bank transaction, but they don't have my order. then I contact bojeats to cancel and they charge me $19.15 as a storno fee. Why? mcdonald 's for preparing their food, even tho the manager said they wouldn't do it.

Ordered 40 nuggets and 2 burgers missing both burgers and fries, couldn't see at first because of all the nugget boxes Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60

Got parked they forgot about me then give me cold old food and when I returned they make out I have a problem avoid this restaurant at all costs Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20

Waited for over 30 minutes for chocolate sundaes and chips. What i got was vanilla sundaes and cold rock chips. The store seemed unsupervised and the kids working there were unmotivated. Never going back to this branch again such a disappointment.Ended up just airfrying the chips at home ngl.
