Chili's Grill - Plover

Food is delicous but not worth the wait. Customer service is the worst. They barely said hi, never said we will be right with you. Had the wait almost 45 minutes fir a burger and fries, to go. To bad cause the ambiance there us nice but with bad servicenot worth it.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and it was very special. The food was excellent and the service exemplary. We will return even though it is over an hour away from where we live. Why is there no chili's in Wisconsin dells?

Rib Eye was made really good, also with flexible menus, so I got what I wanted food was good and hot manager was very nice I will be back here

Mostly great service, but today was a disaster! I didn't wait 20 minutes. I didn't care they were under servants. What I did was our waitress! The couple next to us who sits right after my husband and I ordered our lunch. We got our food after the couple go there lunch in boxes; 20 minutes later! Then to complete it, I asked for a bag to take my chips home, and for a container for salsa because I love their chips and salsa! She rolled her eyes on me, sure she never received it. I couldn't believe how my experience was today. Lunch was late and the waitress was unpleasant, but the food was amazing and the older gentleman who gave us our food was very sweet. Come on!

We visited this restaurant a few times and had decent experiences, but tonight was a different story. The food is ridiculously overpriced. My fiancé ordered a steak, which was essentially a low-quality slab of beef topped with an excessive amount of butter. I had a burger that was just okay, but now I'm feeling quite nauseous. The waitress was unfriendly and seemed almost sexist; she was much nicer to my fiancé but barely acknowledged me at all. There was no inquiry about how our meal was or if I wanted a drink refill—nothing. I was really not impressed this time. Unfortunately, my fiancé ended up getting sick afterward. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.
