The place alone is worth the detour! When you arrive at this estuary passing majestic Gunera, the colors of the sea embrace you. But the important thing is in the plate where I tasted the best oyster fritters of my life! From producer to consumer, the hollows are fleshy and tasty served in their baskets with very good bread and butter.
