To have gone several times and astonished that I did not note the establishment. Of course it is very good with impeccable service. I only put 4 because I found that 2 dishes were my taste (I wasn’t alone because I accompanied a little too salty. I would suggest a slight seasoning and the guests to add or not.
My wife and I had the chance to dine at chef Olivier Bellin's table a few days ago. This experience left us an indelible memory. If the service, the welcome and the wine map is without any surprise at the expected level, it is the dishes of this chef that are beyond all our expectations. Far from the technical plates and to the eye, the sobriety of its dressages is equal to their elegance, generosity and taste! Each dish is a slam, a diabolical accuracy and an angelic sensitivity. Cooking is born to perfection and sea-land associations plunge us into his two-foot universe. This chef loves his region, his products and teaches us to love them throughout the evening. We will never look at Brittany from the same eye again: We need more chef like this Olivier, who after several decades, always in the furnaces, offers a share of him to each of his clients.
A fabulous stay in a magical setting close to the Breton beaches. A territory well represented through its chef Olivier Bellin but also with a friendly welcome from his mother. Breakfast is unique, everything is homemade.
For 15 years seeing us we have come with enthusiasm, but for 3 years the prices have gone away:menu pleasure was at 55€ now at 100€ of supplements. Many of us are not coming. Despite the ancient promises of the mother this restaurant is intended for wealthy tourists. Fortunately we have other more friendly opportunities
