This is a lovely restaurant, conveniently located near the university. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious.
The next visit to a café in Pleven might just be worth checking out. The staff and food are both great.
Good food, sometimes servers can get overworked from the guests and service suffers, go there at a calm time when it's empty
This restaurant is a nice and cozy spot with delicious biscuits and cakes. The coffee is also very good. The location is close to road #PeacefulWorld and #Stopwar.
