Mcdonald's - Pleasanton

It's OK. Hard to understand the voice on the drive thru speaker but ordering inside seems to take longer. Even a long drive thru line moves along fine. But then I'm retired so my sense of time may differ from yours. When I ask the voice on the drive thruspeaker to repeat what they said they don't talk any slower or enunciate any better but the ordering is simple enough that youcan get by anyway. My grandkids seem to be able to figure out what is being said so maybe it's just me.

They say that they close their doors at 10:00 pm, but in reality they are closed from 8:25, their car service personnel are very rude

Always clean and a very nice staff, they always have fresh pommes and I love that!

It is what you except from McDonalds. Better quality than other of the McDonald's in the area

The staff is friendly, even at 4 o'clock when I usually go through the drive-thru. There tend to be long lines in the evenings, so I prefer to order for pickup. It's usually a bit faster when there are 4 to 6 cars in line at the drive-thru.
