Horrible!!!As a long-time patron of Jack in the Box, it is with great frustration that I write this review. My repeated experiences at this establishment have been nothing short of exasperating. The most glaring issue is the blatant disregard for the posted operating hours. Time and again, I have found the restaurant closed during times it should be open according to the hours listed on their website, Google page, and store front. This inconsistency is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to us as customers.The drive-thru service is another area of concern. It frequently closes early or opens late, further demonstrating a lack of commitment to customer service. This pattern of unreliability has been a consistent issue for years, and it's disheartening to see no improvement.Furthermore, the handling and storage of food raise serious concerns. On several occasions, I have observed chicken and hamburgers being stored improperly in the freezer. The lack of sealed and separated containers is not only a violation of basic food safety practices but also calls into question the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.My patience has reached its limit, especially after my most recent visit where, to my dismay, the restaurant was closed at 8 pm, hours before the scheduled closing time. This is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern that has been highlighted in numerous reviews, yet there seems to be no effort from the management to address these issues.It's apparent that the current management is either incapable or indifferent to the situation. As a result, I am compelled to escalate my concerns to the corporate office. It is unacceptable for a business to operate with such disregard for customer service and basic operational standards. Jack in the Box needs to take immediate action to rectify these persistent issues and restore the trust of its customers.
I am very confused at all the bad reviews as I have come here since this was built in about 2003 and NEVER once had a bad experience. The drive through is a little tight to make the left turn from the speaker into the pay/pick up lane but that is about the only flaw I can find.I went inside the other day and got a number 4 combo. The fries were perfect (much better than McDonalds IMHO) and the burger was outstanding. Unlike some of my recent reviews comparing what I received vs what is shown in the photo, my burger looked like the photo with a special note that the large pieces of lettuce (not the wood chipper kind) was beyond fresh.The staff is always friendly wether it is drive up or walk in. Hope all the issues the others found get fixed and I am glad that I have had a better experience.No photo cause I ate too fast.
Sadly for those of us with night jobs, this location now closes at 10:00 PM.
I dont like how they automatically super-sized meals.Parking: There is no delivery parking area. So delivery trucks take almost all parking
