Scooter's Coffee - Pleasant Hill

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I am disappointed with the recent changes at this restaurant. The coffee used to be excellent and the atmosphere was great, but now they have started firing employees and the quality of the coffee has declined. I have visited a few times since then out of loyalty to the restaurant, but the experience has definitely gone downhill. The lines are always long and the coffee is only average. There are not as many friendly faces as before. I have heard from previous employees and customers that everything has changed, which is very unfortunate.

Do not go on their way to work or if they have a deadline. owner is extremely slow. first you can't hear a word she says on the loudspeaker. twice she only speaks n talks instead of making coffee and moving the line. If they're your friends, please call them later.

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent. The service is also top-notch.

I love the coffee at this restaurant, the staff is very friendly. They offer dog bowls and are super fast even when busy. Much better than the competition. One thing to note is they do not accept apple pay or seed payments.

Great service but why are they always out of stuff. Today was large sized cups. Always something new every week.
