Over The Top Ice Cream - Pleasant Hill

The ice cream cake at this restaurant is fantastic! We are thrilled with the way our cake turned out. It has a layer of marble cake and a layer of chocolate ice cream. This is by far the best tasting ice cream cake we have ever had, and it was decorated perfectly to fit our theme. We will definitely be returning for more birthday and celebration cakes!

I absolutely love the unique flavors and ice cream cakes at the top in Pleasant Hill. My personal favorite is getting a second mini scoop on every ice cream cone, so you can try a new flavor. There are never any leftovers because my children devour it so quickly!

The service at this restaurant is fast and friendly. They offer large ice cream cones with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I particularly enjoy the little swirl of whipped cream they add on top of your ice cream.

Super fun experience. My only complaints were a few pots in my sampler were all this tasty and the chocolate on the wafer bowl melted over me and didn't taste so good.
