Boston Market - Pleasant Hill

Unfortunately I craved it so much that when I finally had some food from here, it was ok. Nothing like years before and the Coke machine didn't work well and tasted like soda water and the Sprite didn't taste right.

Although there appeared to be 1 person working in the store, the service was quick and the employee very courteous.

The restaurant is very disorganized and lacks customer service. Customers are waiting in line for over an hour and a half just to pick up their Thanksgiving orders.

It seems that the Boston Market in Pleasant Hill, CA may have changed management or adopted a new approach from its headquarters. As a long-time customer, I usually order takeout. Today, however, I had the roasted turkey with creamy spinach and sweet potatoes, and it exceeded my expectations. The turkey was served in beautiful slices, each impressively garnished. In the past, the seasoning was somewhat bland, but today it was flavorful, and there was a generous container of the seasoning on the side. The spinach and sweet potatoes were as excellent as always. I don’t often write reviews this positive, but I believe this experience deserves a solid 5-star rating. I wanted to share my appreciation with the restaurant and management. Bill W

I ordered a chicken club sandwich, but the brioche bun was stale and hard on one side. They also don't offer ketchup. The counter staff were polite, but it seems like they don't have much lunch business. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy this place.
