Kfc - Platteville

We walked in 1 minute after lobby opening and were very unhappy and unsatisfied!! The floors had food all over, the tables had not been cleaned, and the highchair had food that looked to be a day or two old. When we told them about the lack ofcleanliness they said I know we will get to it and after being there for 20 to 30 minutes nothing had been done. When we triedto get our sodas out of the machine it was turned off they had to turn it on, when we took a drink the soda tasted horrible. Wetold them and they just filled our cups from the drive thru area and didn't try to figure out the machine. It was a taco bell/KFC location and when my husband ate his cold and sour tasting burrito he was highly dissatisfied, tired of complaining andnothing getting done he ate it out of hunger.

We placed our order for the 8pc family dinner and a drink for dine in the ice in the soda machine was not working and they did not tell you until you said something to them and then they gave us very little ice in our drink k cup and we watched otherpatrons get drinks and again no mention that the ice machine did not work when we got our food they did not give us plate andwhen we went to ask for them one of the employees said that was all they had and when they're gone and there won't be any morewhich I thought she was very rude and also they did not give us any butter spread or honey for our biscuits. We have stopped atthis KFC every time we go to platteville which is not very often and this is a treat for us since there isn't on close enough tous so this was very disappointing

It depends on who's in the drive threw and actually listening. I got unsweetened tea and one cowslaw. When I asked for 2 two two, I checked the receipt to make sure I didn't get charges for what I didn't pay for and ended up putting sugar in my teabecause I ordered sweet tea. Otherwise I Like KFC and Tico bell.

My husband and I went to your store in plattville wi yesterday in the early afternoon and ordered a bucket meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. When we got home we found gravy running through out the bags. To say the least we were not pleased. Please give your employees a course or a refresher in how to pack the carry out meals. Nothing special about this restaurant. Slow service, workers always outside smoking. Probably most of the reason long lines at the drive up. Something needs to change to speed things up and get correct orders
