Every time I get through the drive thru the girls are always very chipper and happy! Best customer service with every dunkin I've ever had
I use the app to preorder about 5 minutes, and it is ready for me if I get about 95% of the time there. The people who work there are always friendly, and the coffee is always amazing. In summer (if Baskin has been added), the Drive Thru AWFUL was, but this problem has now been solved that the lobby is opened again.
