Red Lobster Plantation

We have made reservations and do not have space for abt 35 min after. We waited 40 for drinks and water and 1:27 minutes before our meal. The food had good taste, but not wait 2 hours. The server was apologetic, but nothing she could do. Restaurant was not busy, but the staff was not willing to work as if everyone had a “that is not my job” attitude

Took a long time for a server to cone to the table. The server never came to check how everything was. Took a long time to get check. Prices are very high for everyday dining.

It was a relatively quiet Christmas Eve night. We were seated quickly. Our server was friendly. The lobster MAc and cheese is nothing special. My son had the surf and turf. He requested medium rare and it was pretty rare. The shrimp was under cooked. Lobster pizza and calamari was great.

The service was extremely slow, eating came all wrong. the manager apologised for what was good. I do not recommend this place. No one deserves a three-hour dinner in the red lobster. only the drinks that were sotos lasted 35 minutes. easy to accept

The food and the service were great. will definitely go to red lobster plantation again with open table, the waiting time was very short and we sat within 5mins
