Bidra med feedbackNot sure why this place has 5 stars ... I've gone in here 3 times and been Turned off everytime by walking in and nobody greets you or a Explains the concept of how to order .... There is nobody at the counter and the only thing I see is an ipad type thing on the right..... it's a good concept but not a good first impression . So I finally decided to try to walk in again and order and again nobody in sight just an iPad.... So I ordered on the iPad and The only time I spoke to anyway was when she came Over to bring me The food . I've also read other reviews on this place where I noticed the owner Responds in such a rude way when people have an Issue . Learn how to run a business!!! Have a smiling face at the door ready to help and Show you the restaurant and when a client has a complaint learn how to be kind to the customer and respond politely and not accuse them of anything . Read the review about the employee with dirt under his fingers And what the owner said .... Beyond disrespectful. Your better off going down the street to fresh kitchen and where the owner nick is right there assisting and being a part of his restaurant.....
Customer service was outstanding! Personable, friendly staff who made you feel welcome and very competent. Menu was great! It was what you'd see on a menu at a sit down restaurant and every bit as good. If we lived here we would frequent this place weekly.
If you don't take cash you should tell people this when they order the food. The gay guy at the front was rude. I use to come all the time, but moved. The food you can order online is completely different than the food you can order over the phone. Maybe if they worked on their customer service I would come back.
So good!! Everything was tasty and fresh! I was visiting from out of state but would definitely come back to eat here again. Friendly service too!
Came here for the first time on my lunch break and I am floored. Paul was absolutely amazing. Helped me with the menu and gave me great recommendations including the salmon and Brussels sprouts, which I ordered and were the best I’ve ever had. He was so incredibly kind, attentive and knowledgeable through the entire dining experience. Left such a good impression. The food was just unbelievably good and the service was even better. 20/10. Get Paul a raise!
