Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Plantation

I always loved this place and I went last Sunday after dinner and I must say that my family and I really enjoyed it. The ice creams are delicious, and the attention we received from Tatiana and Jayla was exceptional, very sweet and friendly. I recommend this place.

This is my absolute favorite place. The yogurt is always fantastic and no matter which flavor I choose I am always delighted! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Specially a sweet girl,Tatiana, she was very professional and cooperative?Can?t wait to return and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to have a nice treat!

So I?ve enjoyed going to Menchies so much that I?ve signed up for the app rewards (might as well since it?s a cool perk to buying yummy yogurt)! Bad experience today though! The yogurt was practically melted coming out in small strips from the machine. But since it?s going to be eaten quickly I decided for my group to still get the sweet treat. But then when I got to the register Tatiana was so rude! I told her I was a rewards member and to please put in my phone number to get my rewards and points while I was looking for my credit card in my wallet. She didn?t take it and after a $40 purchase for the group it would have been nice to get points. After paying I asked so how many points do I have now, and she said she didn?t put it in. What?! So I asked could you put in the points now? And she said no there was nothing she could do. When you work in customer service, you should have a customer service personality. I get it that you could be tired but it?s work. Everyone gets tired but you?re still the face that people want to come see a smile and enjoy their time. I won?t be back and people like Tatiana with a rude personality shouldn?t be hired. She even snarkly told another group who nicely asked if they were doing taster cups again a straight ?no?. Like have some compassion or a nice comment of ?unfortunately not at this time, but you?ll never go wrong with the delicious flavors! I like (flavor) the best!? Overall, a very bad experience. Don?t come.

If I could give this place a -10 I would however the lowest rating is a one 1). Let me be clear, I certainly can afford it and do not mind paying for things when they are worth it. Look at the photos of the ice cream cup. I paid ten $10.00) for this cup. In comparison, I paid $9.71 for a large pizza at Sam's club that fed me, my husband with six 6) slices left. Cold Stone, which is superior to this place at soooo many levels didn't cost me $10.00. Regarding taste, my husband tasted it, didn't like it. I've had better. I expect for a $10.00 cup of frozen yogurt to taste like heaven delight.... Not the case. It tasted purely artificial, powered flavor. Why did I buy it? I was craving yogurt, Sam's club machines were closed. I Googled a yogurt place and this came up. I was in the area so I stopped in, got the cup and went to pay. It's a good thing my husband wasn't there with me, otherwise he would have left the cup right at the register. Again, it's not that I can't afford it. I very well can. It's about price gauging and getting your money's worth, even in these times. Save yourself a trip, go to Sam's and get their delicious yogurt, or spend your money at Cold Stone, which is superior and worth every cent. Even a large Wendy's Frosty tops this one for just $2.00.

Family fun and friendly. Great for kids. Staff are friendly and keep the store and toppings clean. You pay by the weight so don't let your kids eyes get bigger than their tummys. Yogurt is tasty and toppings are fresh.
