Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plantation

I've been visiting this place for many years. it seems only for the last 6 months of service was bad. also, the last two times I have crosscontamination in my eating (I don't eat meat, only sweet or veggie based) where I tasted pork or another meat. so much that is a cheap restaurant, I do not think it is worth lately to receive bad customer services and from the food all in the same. do not think that I return unless something changes for the better vegetarian options: vegetarian option (sofritas) was contaminated with meat.

If you're looking for the most disappointing experience at a chipotle this is the spot! Best place to waste your money when you walk in to a dirty floor and overflowing trash cans. Not to mention the distasteful rice- didn't know it was possible to mess up a rice that has a recipe. Doesn't matter if you order your food ahead of time because it will probably not be ready for another 20 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. As if the bad food and gross atmosphere wasn't enough to top it all off the employees have the worst attitude and very unpleasant to deal with. Management needs to get their act together because clearly this establishment is being run to the ground.

Can't order guac unless it's an online order never heard of that in my life replace your work staff or the owner needs to get a new manager.

They take wayyyyy too long. Waited in line for 30 mins. They stop taking in person orders to do online orders while the line is grows.

We are a food allergy family. I called this location ahead because there are some chipotle’s locally that don’t serve for food allergies.Kendra picked up the phone and greeted me. I asked her a few questions about the location and food allergies. She was super kind and helpful. I was relieved to have Kendra pick up the phone because she explained that they’re allergy friendly at this location and said to come on in!So I walked into this location to order.Exactly as Kendra said on the phone, they’re IGE allergy friendly and serve food from the back with gloves changed and all with out even asking.My family is thankful to have this chipotle to eat at. And thank you Kendra for keeping us safe while we got to enjoy a meal together as a family. such a blessing.Also,this location is extremely busy, yet their employees are all professional, kind, and seems like they work well together in the business.We will definitely be coming back to this location.
