Great atmosphere and service. Typical Italian dishes that tasted great.

We had a great time here celebrating my daughter's birthday. It was a surprise lunch for her with her friends joining.. The food was amazing... Everything we ordered turned out to be great. Ordered appetizers Mozzarella Tomato Ala Caprese Roasted Garlic, Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Cheese Bruschetta Marinated Oven Roma Tomatoes Pesto Crostini.. I tried the redfish.. for my Asian tongue it could have been a little more spicy.. otherwise it was amazing.. girls enjoyed their pasta (somewith chicken and others vegetarian . Eggplant parmesan turned out to be great too.. Overall authentic Italian food.. service wasa bit slow.. but we were not in a hurry. For the whole 2 hours we were the only diners in that big restaurant .. so it turnedout to be a great birthday lunch with the entire restaurant reserved for us ;

The food arrived 30 minutes later, which was understandable given that there were several large parties ahead of us. While our meals were quite good, we had to request takeout boxes twice. On one occasion, I eventually got up to find our server after waiting for him to stop chatting with the staff for 5-10 minutes. When it came time for the check, we had ordered three glasses of wine, two appetizers, and four main courses, but the total was higher than we had expected. It turned out that our server, Zeynep, had added a gratuity without informing us. There was no mention of this policy on the website, menu, or front door regarding added gratuity for certain party sizes or days. When I confronted him about it, he stated that he made the decision himself and suggested I speak to the manager if I disagreed. However, he informed us that the owner, Dennis, was not available but promised that we would receive a call the next day.

The food here is outstanding! The lasagna is absolutely the best, and the eggplant Parmesan was fantastic. I could eat their bread all day long. If the incredible dishes weren’t reason enough to visit, the service truly stood out—so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!
