La Madeleine - Plano

I had my credit cards, ID and cash stolen out of my purse while visiting this location with my family on vacation. Be careful, I feel it was an inside job of the staff working there. Keep your purse close to you, on your lap, not hanging on your chairladies!

Delicious pastry, good food but it's small cafee we have to wait till some customers ready to leave, No place to sit outside for coffee. Like European cafes. I felt that the place was cramped and crowded with customers. So I decided to take my orderout????. but the service was good ????

Met a friend for dinner and was shocked at how dirty it was by the self serve station. The little garbage can was overflowing and smelly and the carpet was very dirty as well. We stopped and got some pastries to take home and was shocked that the girlput down her phone and put them in a bag with her unwashed bare hands. I reached out with pictures on Facebook Messenger just tomake them aware and was told to submit my concerns on the La Madeleine cares website. I did and was told that someone wouldcontact me. I waited a couple weeks and nobody ever reached out either.

I decided to try their avocado toast. It was good. It would place 4th on my top 5 places for Avocado toast. The Avocado was fresh. I added my own everything bagel seasoning. it?s overpriced at $5.29.

I have tried several of the la Madeline locations in my area. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I like going there for breakfast and, usually order my eggs scrambled. I'm always satisfied with my dining experience except for one thing. Scrambledeggs are not the best, fresh cracked eggs are better.
