Bidra med feedbackThis place is great! Now my goto place for sushi and Japanese food. I was very impressed by the quality of food and the atmosphere of the facility. The staff was very friendly and was pleasant to be around. My family will definitely be back. The Californian, spicy California and spider roll went beyond expectations and were delicious. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowbox was also great. I also recommend the avocado bombs. Miso soup was also a hit with my wife. Actually, I don't think you can go wrong with everything you order here. The service was also incredibly fast. Thanks for a great evening.
For my birthday, I and my family randomly chose this restaurant and was amazed by food and service. I ordered Japanese nacho (it was just great) seafood rays, house fried rice? Sushi roll. Everything was delicious. But the best part is given with the test they give us a complementary ice bar. The kids loved it. Come on.
I'm definitely going to Kenzo regularly, as this is my fourth time. It is my recommendation for all friends or family members who want to eat in the Murphy area. All my friends and family who have eaten with me here LOVE Kenzo 's sushi! My friend ordered the avocado bombs as a starter, and boy, where they got the BOMB! The idea of warm, whole avocado was 't appealing to me first, but I changed my mind as soon as I bite. The avocado bombs here were deep fried, filled with crabs and covered with sauce. The taste profile is similar to sushi rolls, but without rice and avocado is the star of the show. My favorite sushi role I have tried so far must be the Nezuko role (after a character named from the popular demon slayer anime series). My second favorite would be the Lobster Tempura Roll. I also tried the Dragon 2, Temptation, and Pink Pink Roll, and I would have them in this order. The reels are very large (especially the Nezuko and Lobster Tempura) and quite expensive. Rice is tasteful and well cooked, ingredients are fresh, and presentation is beautiful. Rolls with speed remain crispy in rice and seaweed. I usually don't get full on sushi, but I feel sick with these roles. I also tried the Shoyu Ramen, which was just okay. I could say that they used high-quality eggs through the color of the egg yolk and the overall taste, but they were cooked longer than to my wishes (I prefer a jammed, soft ramenei). Breasts, noodles, meat and vegetables were satisfactory. Sushi Sashimi Bento Box is a fantastic bang for your Buck, especially if you want to try more traditional sushi that tends to be quite expensive. It comes with cooking 's choice sushi, sashimi, California rolls and gyoza. I got nigiri as the cook's choice and they were sooo good. The fish was tender and the rice was perfectly seasoned. The sashimi was ok, maybe because of the bigger cut, I found it chewier and less pleasant than the nigiri. The Californian reels were delicious. The gyoza was good, but I wish it came with a disgusting sauce. Kenzo is a pretty small restaurant. The interior design is bestowed with traditional Japanese articles, screens/prints, anime merch, kpop albums (BTS, NCT etc.). It cannot make the most aesthetically correct way, but it certainly shows character and personality. We usually get free ice (and drinks sometimes like Yakult, Vitamin C) too! As a supplement, I have seen some reviews complaining about customer service, etc. Kenzo is a small hole in the wall/family owned type of restaurant. Cultural differences are at stake in customer service; the service here is rather blunt and front. I could definitely see how someone could be withdrawn from this, but don't take it personally.
I love this place. Food is excellent and has good atmosphere. The Grand Canyon role is my favorite.
Amazing Japanese food. We tried avocado sushi, veg ramen, spicy miso ramen and sake. Everything was delicious. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend this place. You get free ice cream candy as dessert!
