It's not tough guys. Just start saying these four words again... We're coming to JIMMY JOHNS... That makes a difference. To stare at incoming customers is simply strange.

No one speaks English. Indian guy doesn't understand English so when I placed my order it was all messed up. Spoke to the manager who was also Indian and he said he would put a free sandwich on my account never did. Called back and he said it was on my online account. Never was....just a big fat LIAR!!!!! Will be contacting corporate soon. Been going here for YEARS and it use to be not be this way. No issues until recently.

My 7 year old suggested we leave a review: “this place is pure goodness”. This is one of our regular spots we eat together.

Just picked up a $50 order my family placed online. We had to drive and couldn’t check the order until we got home but trusted that making sandwiches shouldn’t be too hard. They made 2/3 of the order wrong, completely wrong meats on one and one sandwich was just bacon and cheese?? It’s like they just guessed and threw stuff together at random. If you’re out of certain ingredients maybe call to let us know before proceeding with the order. Not worth the energy to get a refund but we’re never buying anything from this location again.

SUPER clean location and (as advertised) freaky fast sandwiches! I got the Turkey Tom and it was perfectly made. Will be back.
