A unique culinary experience, certainly good for a special occasion staff was attentive and polite and cuts of meat were very good. this is a cozy meal, so remember to move accordingly. if I have a negatiw, it would be that the staff is short available, so that the tables take a long time to drive them. other than that, I can't find any negative,

The whole family loves to eat in Guy-Kanu. everything is always delicious. the service can be a little slow, depending on how crowded the restaurant is, but unlike that it is great.

Never again to this place! unfortunately had a very bad experience for my husband birthday especially with the service. no one visited us one, and when they finally did, nothing was brought to us in time! we waited for our water for ever, then our suppers came without spoons or bowls. then they told us they didn't have a big spoon to take the suppe, we were a party of 5 people! I asked them to bring out the desserts with a candle as a surprise and they came and ruined the surprise completely by asking who desserts to bring and their birthday child. they finally came out with him and just put it in front of him, and normally other workers come along, but they said they were on break. I wish I had brought him to another Japanese bbq, our experience was so bad that I never returned to this place again. I understand why their assessments are low, I gave them the advantage of doubt, but it was still so terrible. eating was great, which was a relief at this point, but regardless of, never come back and still are my friends in this party!

Great menu options! Also had great time there as a couple of other customers offered us drinks as they couldn’t finish their Kirin Ichiban $40 beer tower. It was quite an experience.
