Fuku - Plano

I don't know if I have ever written a review, but I just ordered this food even after reading the yelp reviews. I received a completely raw uncooked chicken sandwhich and hoping I do not get food poisoning.

I order through ubereats. 1. missing items on the order 2. the chicken sando is the worst sando. Popeyes and KFC is way better. I am surprise Chang is putting his name and not overseeing his production. 3. overprice 4. long wait time 6... not returning however, the fries were good..

Ordered from here a few weeks ago after reading a news article about David Cheng bringing his delivery only Fuku to Dallas. I looked up their website and all the food looked amazing.But what arrived was the most disappointing chicken sandwich and tenders I have ever witnessed outside of a high school cafeteria. The sandwich was tiny, edging closer to slider than sandwich. Everything was very dry. I was given one ramekin of sauce for 3 tenders. The quality was lower than a standard KFC and far below Chick File for over double the price. Hard pass from me.

Ordered through 3rd party delivery service. Our name was on the bag, but inside was a completely wrong order. We tried it anyway because we were up for an adventure. You can tell it's fresh chicken, but they've managed to make it taste like a Sam's Club chicken tender with overly salted sauce. I wouldn't put myself through eating this again.

The sweet and spicy sandwich is hands down the most delicious chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! Just go order in person or order carryout via the delivery apps. Seems the bad rep is coming from deliveries.
