I hate to feel like I'm a bother at a place that I'm spending money at. When you ask for one simple thing and you received with attitude this is not good. Of course I'm no business owner but I am a customer that at least deserves common courtesy. If the person doesn't like their job there's a million other jobs out there. The other two people were very nice.Best regards
Not the type of person to write reviews but this place was not it. They had expired juices for sale. I told the cashier, he told his manager and the manager didn’t apologize or anything he just told the cashier to grab one from the back. The entire time I was waiting for my order, I had to tell customers grabbing the apple juice not to grab it because it was expired. That’s the managers job and he left all of that out with no rush to remove the expired items. Secondly, the coffee was freezing and my mom let the manager know, he didn’t even acknowledge my mom and just told the employee to grab another coffee maker. Thirdly, my dads order was completely wrong. They took forever to make the food and they skimped out on a lot of the ingredients. Never returning to this location and it’s because of the lack of good management. It wasn’t even decent.
Love their bagels. Tast like true NY bagels. Service is fast, friendly and accurate.
Love visiting this Einstein in Plano. The service is always on point and the crew is very friendly.
Staff stands around talking when customers are waiting for their food. Have to be told to put a normal amount of cream cheese on the sandwich. They get away with skimping on the food while charging full price. Management sucks by allowing this horrible level of service.
