Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plano

So I came right as they opened for an early lunch and they didn't have roasted veggies prepped yet. I ordered my usual bowl minus the veggies and found a seat. Some time later, one of the line girls brought me two cups of veggies. She didn't have to, but she went out of her way. Thanks!Service: 5/5

Chipotle is chipotle, but some are worse/better than others. Unfortunately, this is one of those awful ones. I have given this location so many chances and every time it falls flat at the minimum. This last time I went was the final straw. Rice was undercooked, there was no pico or chips, everything was massively under seasoned. There was only 1 person in front of me and it still took 15 minutes. There was like 8 people working, most of them with attitude. I worked food service so I understand the busy days, but a person can only give so many passes. Boooooo

Customer service is very bad. Instead of paying attention to the customers, both employees were giggling around with each other. They were very rude. All the tables were dirty. We couldn’t sit down and eat comfortably.Food: 3/5

Went in with a smaller appetite so I ordered a quesadilla plain with cheese and as a side asked for salsa, guacamole and sour cream. They wanted $12. I just saw the kids meal quesadilla on other reviews and posts online and they get rice beans and meat as sides and it's $4? How does this make any sense?! I walked out because if you've ever been to a grocery store, you know you can get all the above ingredients I ordered for less. How was my boyfriend's double chicken burrito $9 and they wanted $12 for one torn up tortilla a handful of cheese and half an avocado mashed up?Also, my usual order is a veggie burrito, beans rice cheese veggies lettuce guac sour cream and green salsa. That's wayy more food than the effed little quesadilla and it's $8. How?? Like come on!!

Every evening I come in they are out of various items. Tables not wiped off, drink area dirty etc…Food: 3/5
