Starbucks - Plainville

I just walked into this Starbucks and IT WAS PACKED! I want to commend the team behind the counter for keeping cool and getting everyone’s orders out quickly. Jeremy at the front was super friendly and though you could see they where under pressure, they kept it together and did a fantastic job!

I don’t know what Starbucks doesn’t have peach syrup, caramel, or whipped cream. This Starbucks is located down the street from me so I come here a lot. They are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING; popular ingredients people get with their coffee or teas. This is a manager problem. For some reason he/she must be afield of spending a little more money to make sure there are products available.

Coffee is good but service is exceptionally slow. If you go in, plan on waiting 10 minutes at the least to get a coffee. I observed priority for drive through, and I understand that, but it should be re-evaluated for a more proper distribution.

They're very nice here. They were very understaffed and still took great care of me. They should have more support and team members! Highly recommend this place!

I really appreciate how exceptional the customer services at this location. everyone is always very pleasant. The drinks are always made to perfection!
