I would only give 2 stars because I was sad when I had been informed that the business had been sold... we have been selling bullets for life and refusing to go the street to the other place (will not call their name)....sal will be missed as in all parentheses of the society he life was more fun through conversation, business, great food, and as supporters of the community... I will enjoy 5 stars as I am thrilled Sal can go away...

First customer. Was buying stuff for Christmas and not disappointed. Bought Cookies, Cannoli and Biscotti. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Authentic Italian baking. Has location (Nonnie's) in Southington. Will definitely be back.

Sal is a local shade for Italian cannolis and other baked goods. although he goes to rest and about his business to another famous Italian bakery nonni from southington, connecticut, the city plainville is in good hands with nella lastrina the new owner in the training. she learns all great Italian dessert recipes of sal. best wish, nella! and happier rest sal! plainville loves you!

Great mother and pop bakery. everything is fresh and cheap.

I went here because I wanted to bring cupcakes to a sick friend. There were none in the case. It was last Christmas and I was hoping for some pretty decorations. The woman acted like cupcakes were beneath her. She said there were some in the back. I asked to see them and again she acted like I was asking for something inappropriate. I asked if they could be decorated and she snickered. She put sugar on them. They were not even good and honestly I would have walked out if we were not in a hurry. We were also the only people there. I can see why and we won’t go back.
