Wait staff was unattentive to our needs. We expressed that our food could not have dairy in it, and wound up with two wait staff disagreeing at the table regarding whether one of the dishes had dairy in it or not. Order mixed pickles and they weren 't delivered. Told our waiter I wanted a diet coke...saw that he wrote coke on his pad and asked him twice to make sure it was diet...and they brought out regular coke instead. Waiter handed out menus and not two minutes later asked if we were ready to order...seriously??? Hovered over our table, anxious to remove plates before we were finished...very awkward experience on a not-so-busy night. Won 't be back here anytime soon.

I first dined here in 1991 and thought they had one of the best buffets. I think my last time here was 2005 and and then I pretty well forgot about them with so many other Indian restaurants opening in the Princeton area (many couldn't last). I was glad to see them on Opentable and thought to re-discover them under the different owners. My server who waited on me was familiar to me over the span of 25 years and gave me the story. By the way, I thought the food now is even better.

Excellent food. Best Indian rest in the area. We have been eating here for over 20 years. Always great service and food.

Its a good restaurant and also kids friendly and make some nuts free vegetables.
