Rally's Hamburgers - Plainfield

Burgers and fries are great but the staff at this location is the real standout, always the nicest staff of any fast food place in this town.

The seasoned fries are delicious! The chicken fingers were seasoned just right, and not greasy. The American burger was perfect! Their diet coke tastes the Best! We will be back!

Horrible service. Chicken was old . And looked like it was dipped in old nasty grease. The staff was so rude! Wouldn't recommend eating here just go to the Kentucky Ave. One way better service and always hot food

Love their Spicy Chicken sandwiches of course the Fully Loaded Fries. I also enjoy the fact that they have Fanta slushies! This location has great staff quick service. You can't go wrong stopping here.

The service here is almost nonexistent. You would think a company that only does drive-thru would have the drive-thru process down to a science. It 's frustrating to go here and every time you wait until the car at the window has picked up their orderbefore you can even place your order. Tonight I paid $4 in cash for an order that was $3.59. I never got my change. When I askthe lady at the window, she just looked at me and said huh? 15 minutes for one order was a bit excessive considering therewere only two cars in front of me when I arrived. I simply drove off.
