I am very patient especially when it takes 5 mins or so for someone to acknowledge I am standing there for my mobile pick up. Today I ordered my drink for in store like I always do but there wasabsolutely no one in line in the drive thru so I stopped to pick it up that way instead (as I have done numerous time in thepast). Instead of just grabbing my drink from the front the girl on the intercom rudely told me that I needed to come inside.Way to start out my Monday morning. I was looking forward to my coffee but I will not be returning to dunkin after thisexperience.
I walked in and stood there for over 5 mins was never greated. Only 1 person infront of me already waiting for her order. I finally turned to leave and a worker outside clocked out stopped me from leaving and took my back in. It was fair priced butthey use granulated sugar and it dosent melt in a cold brew. Hello liquid sugar people
This is by far the worst service I?ve ever gotten! Staff don?t acknowledge you. What you ask is not what you get! Sad to know the staff does not even try to help the customer. Coffee machines broken no donuts pretty much nothing! Money wasted!
This by far is the worst DD I'd ever been to. It took them minutes to acknowledge us then whenever they did they were extremely rude. The coffee's were cold. This is a place I DO NOT recommend to anyone I will not be going back to this one.
Went through the drive thru this morning had to repeat my order a few times. Got to the window and had to repeat it again. Gave me half my order and had to flag them down to get the rest. Then had to do it a second time to tell them they forgot part of myorder. Told me okay took an additional 5 mins to tell me I didn't order that item even though i clearly did. 35 dollars for 2coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches and a dozen donuts. What a rip off. Don't waste your time on this mediocre coffee place.
