HopScotch and Vine - Plainfield

We were originally told that there would be a 5 minute wait past our reservation time, but after complaining we were seated in the back room. It was Okay, but not like the bar and restaurant.

Hopscotch and Vine always hits the mark which is why we keep returning, time after time. We have dined in both rooms though prefer to sit at the high top. The staff is fantastic and food wonderful each and every time.

We enjoyed our dining experience. Our food and drink were delicious. Our server was friendly although a bit casual. I will never get used to being called you guys however, seems to be quite common among our youth. I made our reservations using the Open Table app. I was asked if we were celebrating anything special. In addition to it being close to Valentine 's Day, I noted we were celebrating 40 years of marriage. The restaurant did not provide anything special or, at the very least, acknowledge our anniversary.

The service felt a bit rushed and we were seated between two large groups, which made it difficult to have a conversation with my date.

We absolutely adore Hopscotch and Vine, our favorite go-to restaurant. The service at Hopscotch is exceptional, always ensuring we have a fantastic experience every time we visit.
