Placed an order thru the subway app/online and made sure it said they were open because I've gone there way before their posted closing hours and have had them not be open, so I placed my order it said that it received it and they were making it and it would be ready at 8:25. When I arrived at the store at 8:19, they were CLOSED!! Not like oh we just now closed or someone is in the back...No! It was fully dark inside and no people...open sign not on. As I'm sitting there looking at my bank balance to make sure the charge went thru, which it sure did, it says my order is ready. Ummmmm...how is that? I know I was at the right store. I tried to call the store and when you try to choose the talk to a person option, it gives you a busy signal and drops the call. This isn't the first time the store randomly has not been open when I've gone there during their regular posted hours. I am going to dispute the charge and I took pics and have texts that prove the time and screenshots of the online order saying it was ready. Shady sandwiches is what they are serving.
Wow got a foot long pastrami and it was just under $20. Going to the other one here in town for now on… this one is too expensive!
I love Subway especially the store in Diamond Springs.This store on Fair Lane is absolutely horrible in every way. First you walk in the owner and his wife are very unfriendly. They do not greet you. They have limited choices of bread. The meat looks terrible (I got pastrami). He scraped the bottom of the pan. After getting my sandwich I unwrapped it and started to take a bite and kept chewing and chewing and the meat wouldn't grind down so I could swallow. I knew I would choke so I spit it out. I took two more bites and had a hard time getting it down also. I ended up tossing the rest. Well now 3 days later and I still have diarrhea and a sick stomach. They should be shut down. I should have gone with my gut instinct and walked out. Im posting this as a warning.
Ordered my daughter a foot long today. Realized I ordered the wrong bread. I went back in, explained my situation and said I'd like to purchase another roll to remake the $16 footling that contained only turkey. They said no, that I'd have to purchase another $16 sandwich. They have no customer service or care for customers. How many rolls get thrown out each night and why do they own a business? They have no business owning a business!! Never going to that subway again. They care more about making money!!
