Pizza Factory - Placerville

The owners are great and make sure the dinning experience is topnotch. The pizza is always great and tastes fresh. Where did the cougar go? I noticed it missing today when we were here.

Despite their posted closing time of 9:00 pm, my friends and I were turned away at 8:30 pm when we tried to place an order at Pizza Factory. We were surprised and disappointed by the staff's refusal to serve us, especially since we arrived well before their closing time. This lack of hospitality and flexibility left a negative impression on us, and we were left hungry and unsatisfied. We hope that Pizza Factory can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

Delicious pizza, friendly staff and nice store. The wine wasn't great quality and the tables were all dirty.

I had a visit with a hopice patient in Placerville and stopped here on my way back down the hill. The pizza is good, but it's expensive. I ordered a small ham, mushroom, and it was $18+ change. Sorry, but I think that's a wee bit high, which is too bad because I love supporting local places.

Took two hours to deliver a pizza. The pizza was gross, cold and not even cut. Go to Cameron Park, Pleasant Valley or Pollock Pines. This location has lost quality.
