Chipotle Mexican Grill - Placerville

Quesadilla really didnt have much cheese in it. The steak burrito bowl was missing the steak. The chicken bowl was so watery it was like soup. Usually the food here is good not sure what happened today

Every single time i order from this store i apos;m either missing entire items or the food is made so poorly. today i ordered a steak quesadilla, chips queso, and guac. i only received the quesadilla. i cannot stress how much this happens with this store. please save yourself and order from a different chipotle or another restaurant, you apos;re just wasting money...these workers don apos;t deserve or appreciate your tips.

I would give 5 stars but they can't seem to keep employees, or perhaps they need to work on staffing. I was locked into the building recently because they didn't have enough staff to service the full line that formed. Earlier my on-line order was doneearly. It's hit or miss, but the food is always good. When they're on it, they're good.

We used to eat here all the time. Even had a party catered by them. Went there this week. Tortillas were hard and stale. Limes were brown. Fountain soda machine had no flavors just the carbonation. It was disgusting. The meat trays were empty making ourchoices down to 2. Very disappointed. Will not eat here again.

I always order ahead with the app and it is usually ready at the time it says. I’m glad they put the to go orders on the shelf and not make you wait in line to ask for your order.
